DIDACTICAL DESIGN RESEARCH BASED REFLECTION PRACTICE IN TEACHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Reflection practice is a form of teacher professional development activity that has become the focus study, research, and discussion in several scientific forums. The reflection used so far lesson study educational action research. Didactical design research one DDR for mathematics teachers been widely developing Indonesia, both at elementary, junior high, high school levels. This service program begins with an introduction to Design Research. Form its characteristics didactical provide through zoom meeting, it will continue creation didactic learning based on problems faced by teacher. After participants' activities, especially teachers, results questionnaire response analysis knowledge understanding related concept then increases ready workshop.
